I'm assuming you've done due diligence in ensuring you don't have a virus or malware in any of the software you've installed so far. Given that SFC found corrupted system files in a days-old WIndows installation, I'd *really* be looking hard for a hardware issue, particularly an iffy DIMM or storage device.
